2022 Poncha Independence Parade
When: Sunday, July
3rd, 2022
Parade starts at 12
Noon
Parade Entry From
Line Up: at 11:00 am on
Antero Street, the parade will go to Chipeta Ave, continue on Tomichi Ave, turn
left to Poncha Ave and finish at Chipeta Park.
After the Parade there will be an Old Fashioned 4th of July
Celebration with a Hot Dog cookout, Fruit Pie Judging contest, and many games
for all ages with ribbon prizes

To enter the Parade, print and fill out the form, bring it to Poncha Spring Town Hall by June 24th, 2022
Town Clean Up Day and 18th Annual Lunch
When: May 21, 2022
8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Lunch will be served 11 a.m. – 12 noon
Where: 333 Burnett Avenue – Town Hall/Chipeta Park
A giant dumpster will be available at Town Hall for Poncha Springs Residents for large items like: SMALL appliances, fence, pipe and wire, couches, mattresses, brush, and branches.
Can’t move it? Stop by Town Hall and schedule a pickup – no charge.
We will not accept regular household trash, electronics, microwaves, batteries, large appliances, tires, or hazardous fluids.
There will be coffee and cinnamon rolls for the early birds. All food and beverages served by Cross Roads Church. Thanks to this group, this is the 17th annual lunch Cross Roads Church has provided service for.
