Variance Land Use Application submitted by Brian and Kimberly Brown for their property located at 305 Chipeta Ave. in the T3 – Sub-Urban Zone for a W1-Warrant to allow more than two buildings on a lot AND a variance to the minimum side and rear setback requirements for the construction of a garage directly on the lot lines.

JOINT PUBLIC HEARING:
Proposed re-plat and subdivision of 199 True Ave., Parcel No. 380510311217, zoned T4 – General Urban Zone into 6 lots submitted by David LaRochelle.

Information only: Vino Salida has withdrawn their request for a “sign” on the side of their building, they were receptive to recommendations from the P&Z Commission and created a new rendering following those suggestions; however, they would like to wait until peak season is over to move forward.
